Double Deep Pallet Racking
Double deep racking stores two pallets deep, and four pallets deep when using a double entry rack. Rear located pallets are then accessed with a specialised reach truck.
This design reduces aisle to rack ratio for space efficiency and means forklifts have less ground to cover.
Double deep racking is perfect for SKU’s of multiple pallets or for storing carpet rolls and similar long products. Less suitable for perishable products or rapid stock rotation due to the first in, last out access.
